How to request account deletion

1. Contact Clinic Organizer support using the official support email listed on this site.
2. Send the request from the same email address that is linked to your Clinic Organizer account.
3. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request - طلب حذف الحساب".
4. Our team will verify ownership of the account before carrying out the deletion request.
5. Once verified, we process the account deletion request and associated data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

What data is deleted?

Once an account deletion request is verified and processed, the following can be deleted:

• Your user account information.
• Your user profile.
• Your account settings and preferences.
• Data tied directly to your user account, where deletion is permitted.

What data may be retained?

Clinic Organizer is a clinic-management system that can hold patient, appointment, session, payment, and medical records. Not all data can be deleted immediately in every case. Some data may be retained where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, or security requirements, to prevent fraud, or to keep records required by law, including:

• Medical records.
• Transaction or payment records.
